The massacre of tourists in #pahlgam need to be unequivocally condemned but should not be limited to show the outrage. It has many ramifications which the terrorists and their cross border bosses wanted. The idea of a composite and united India has always been a challenge for those who justified the partition of India under all the pretext. There is no doubt that the terrorism in #jammukashmir can not sustain without active support of the Pakistan military leadership as well as the religious political parties for whom it is the best way to ‘collect chanda’ everywhere. How to deal with this issue need to be diplomatically understood and not by rhetorical challenges and divisive politics back home.
BJP and its leaders must understand that the call for a united india is not rhetoric but an essential ingredient to build up our strength. This is no time to play blame game and justify ideological positions. This is an attack on India by the Pakistan supported terrorist outfits but how to isolate them or eliminate them is a challenge that the votebank politics and doing things to appease the bhakts will not work.
The only thing is not to fall in their trap while strengthening the security at border and everywhere. Jammu Kashmir was coming to normal and people from outside started flocking there. Once tourism and business starts many things will evaporate but it is where the terrorists never want. Their aim is to keep the state perpetually under the armed forces so that they can play this game of ‘Islam Khatre me hain’ and talks of Jehad.
The ruling party here must not use this incident to whip up anti muslim passion everywhere. This is not a Hindu Muslim question but Pakistan based terror groups war against India. These terrorists will not survive without active support of the Pakistani military and the religious leadership there for which it is unfinished agenda of partition based on religion.
All other issues whether President Rule was better or army should get more teeths are technical. Remember, the Pakistanis want kashmir to be in chaos and under military so that they can have their propaganda of how Indian government is violating rights of the Kashmiri people. A democratically elected government functioning well and bringing normalcy in Jammu kashmir is the last thing the Pakistani want as it fails their propaganda so those who speak about imposing a President Rule must be careful of making such foolish demands.
Our condolences and solidarity with the families and near dear ones of all those innocent tourists who were slaughtered by the barbarians at Pahalgam. Let us remain united and vigilant at this hour and defeat the game plans of terrorists who want to fulfill their agenda by creating hatred and killing the innocents.
